Natural Relief for Anxiety and Stress - Review

Modern-day lifestyles have modern problems. Today, physical and mental fitness are both very important in order to have a healthy and happy life. Anxiety, stress, and tension are significant problems in the modern lifestyle. Symptoms associated with anxiety may manifest as irritability, impaired concentration, mental confusion, poor judgment, frustration, and anger. People suffer so long with the symptoms of anxiety before seeing help that they are unaware of what is going on with them.
Natural relief for Anxiety and Stress written by Gustavo Kinrys and Alexandra Gold, serves as a quick consultation book. It will provide information and make readers aware of anxiety and stress.
This book elaborates on anxiety and stress, their causes, and the various symptoms associated with these disorders. Management and treatment of such disorders are also shared in this book. Diet, nutrient-based and natural remedies, enzymes, hormones, exercise, yoga, and meditation, as well as various therapies like acupuncture, aromatherapy, music and noise therapy, and technology-based therapies, are also explained in this book.
Many patients with anxiety avoid the triggers for their anxiety; some are unaware, and some do not know the right step to take. This book will provide useful and valuable information and give the right direction to someone facing anxiety and stress.
People suffering from such disorders may feel obnoxious, anxious, unpleasant, distressed, and spend time worrying and overthinking, which can be harmful and bad for their health.
I rate ‘Natural relief for Anxiety and Stress’ four out of five stars. Gustavo and Alexandra covered all the vital information regarding today's growing mental health problems. Along with physical health, mental health is also very important for leading a healthy and happy life. I rate this book four stars because Gustavo and Alexandra have defined and elaborated on both anxiety and stress in a clear and understandable way and also shared the harmful effects that a person can suffer because of such mental disorders. I deducted one star due to minor errors observed, and the author has not elaborated on the precautions and dosage of various medicinal and herbal drugs mentioned.
I recommend this book to all readers who are feeling stress or anxiety in their lives. Students, professionals, business owners, employees, working or non-working, all can benefit from this book.
